TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NOTICE:

All pricing on website does not include freight. Upon contacting a salesperson with order details freight will be added and approved by the customer before order is processed. There is also a $50 packaging fee for all orders under $300

Please Inspect the Shipment Immediately:

ISC does its best to ensure that your order is shipped to the highest standards of quality. To help prevent an error damage, the following procedures will be followed:

Damage/Loss:

Any damage or loss is the responsiblity of the carrier.

For UPS/Fed Ex Shipments:

1. Notify ISC @ 920-892-8822 within 5 business days of receipt.

2. Retain the merchandise AND packing material for inspection by the carrier.

For Common Carrier Truck Shipments:

1. Notify ISC @ 920-892-8822 within 5 business days of receipt.

2. Retain the merchandise AND packing material for inspection by the carrier.

3. For Common Carrier Claims, the carrier requieres the recipient of the merchandise to file claims and receive reimbursement.

Note: Failure to follow these procedures might result in forfeiture of money due to you.

CREDIT/PAYMENT:

- All orders will not ship until fully paid for or credit is approved by ISC.

- To prepay, we now accept Visa and Mastercard. In addition, customer can pay by check or money order. (Note: for personal checks, orders will not ship until check has cleared)

- If customer is interested in obtaining credit terms, please contact a customer service agent at 920-892-882 and a credit application will be sent to you

FREE SAMPLE POLICY:

Reasonable sample quantities are available at no charge to the customer for all of our products. Please contact a salesperson to order what you want.

Most samples are sent UPS Ground. Next Day is available if customer is willing to pay freight.

RETURNED GOODS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Returns will be at ISC's discretion. Do not return any merchandise for any reason without contacting us at 920-892-882 first. All unauthorized returns will be refused by our docks.

WARRANTY:

All merchandise is produced to standard and commercial tolerances. ISC warranties all products to be free from defects. If we determine that a product is defective, we will replace it free of charge. At ISC's discretion, a credit can be given instead of replacement if requested by customer.
